Inclusion Advocacy at Womenice
Advancing education, dignity, and human rights for marginalized communities worldwide.

Womenice is a global social hub leading inclusion advocacy through education, leadership, and cultural engagement. We mobilize institutions, educators, creatives, and communities to confront prejudice, promote dignity, and transform inclusion into action.
Inclusion Advocacy – Womenice is one of our pillars dedicated to advancing social inclusion, gender equity, diversity, and human dignity, with a strong focus on women, youth, and marginalized communities, including people with albinism, disabilities, and underrepresented identities. We believe inclusion is not charity. Inclusion is justice, strategy, and humanity in action.

WHO IS LEADING THE RESPONSE
I Am Melanin is a global advocacy and education campaign organized by Womenice.org — a social hub dedicated to leadership, inclusion, education, and human dignity led by Tania Tome, Global Ambassador, author, and activist.
“Across Africa, hundreds of people with albinism have been murdered, abducted, mutilated, or violently attacked in documented cases — with many more unrecorded — simply because of harmful myths and stigma associated with their condition. These killings are not isolated incidents; they reflect a systemic human-rights crisis rooted in discrimination, fear, and lack of education.”
Womenice was created to transform social challenges into structured collective action, connecting:
Education
Culture
Leadership
Media
Institutions
Our mission is to dismantle prejudice against people with albinism by replacing fear with education, invisibility with representation, and exclusion with opportunity.
Implemented in partnership with Ecokaya and Brandulogy, supporting leadership development, global advocacy, and responsible media amplification.

Education is protection. Visibility is power. Silence is no longer an option.”
